Dates:
February 16th: You have until 11:59PM to register for the tournament $40, once the 20 are paidand registered, we move forward to the draft.
February 19th: The fantasy draft will start at 7PM EST on stream, the 20 players will draft their teams (All base cards). Draft order will be randomly selected and will be a full snake draft.
March 2nd: Opening Night. Mondays you will play 2 divisional opponents twice, starting at 9PMEST. Once you have played your first opponent twice, you will start your games vs the second opponent at 10PM. You may reschedule any games if both players agree upon, up until Thursday at 11:59PM. If no games are played, and one person sends a screenshot waiting at the indicated time, the other player will forfeit.
March 6th: First Friday night of HUT connected. You will play one divisional opponent twice at 9PM EST. You may reschedule any of those games up until Sunday at 11:59PM EST. If no games are played, and one person sends a screenshot waiting at the indicated time, the other player will forfeit.
Format:
20 Players
2 Divisions of 10
You play everyone in your division twice, guaranteeing you 18 games.
Mondays you play 2 opponents twice (total of 4 games)
Fridays you play 1 opponent twice (total of 2 games)The playoffs, will be the top 8 from each division
Point Structure:
3 points for a regulation Win
2 points for an overtime Win
1 point for an overtime loss
0 points for a regulation loss
Playoffs:
Begin March 23rd
Best of 3
The top 8 teams will choose their first-round opponents.
IE: If you finish 1st overall in the league, you can choose whoever you want to play regardless of where they finished (bottom half of the playoff teams)
First 3 rounds are a best of 5. Finals will be a best of 7.
The top 4 in each conference will pick from the bottom 8 teams that make the playoffs.
Example: If Joe finishes 1st he can choose anyone in the bottom 4 of the EAST and WEST Division.
Tie Breaker: The better regular season record against the two tied players (you will play everyone in your division twice) if you are both tied it will be based on goal differential in those games.
Rage Quits: If you rage quit a game, you will lose one point in the standings.
Trades:
You may make any trade you would like. The trade deadline is midnight March 16th before week3.
Free Agents:
Starting Sunday February 23rd at 6PM EST, you may add and drop players. You can only have a MAX of 12 forwards, 6 defensemen, and 2 goalies at a time. You may make a MAX of 3 pickups in a week Monday-Sunday (midnight)
First come first serve on pickups, MUST be done in the free agent thread in discord. If it is not typed out there, it is not legal.
Forfeits:
If you excessively forfeit, you will be removed from future HUT connected events. Remember the dates of play when registering.

Division Selection:
Due to the leagues format, there will be 2 divisions of 10 players. You will play everyone in that division twice (18 games total).
Here is how the divisions will be selected. We will randomly draw a name. He will select a team to represent in either the West or Eastern Conference. After the first is selected, the second player will be randomly drawn and he will have the option to choose the East or West.
If one conference has more than 3 players than the other at any point, the next player will have to join the less populated conference.
Draft:
Draft order will be completely randomized. It will be a full snake draft, 1st will draft last in the second round then first in the third round and so on.
You cannot trade draft picks.
