Schedule:


3/11/2021 - 5/6/2021

Participants will be streaming all games on their personal channels beginning every Thursday at 7 pm CT.

8 weekly events followed by the Grand Final Bracket (9 total weeks)


Format

Each week the 8 competitors will compete in round robin format of two divisions.

The best record from each division will face off in the finals (BO3) to decide a winner for that week.

The 4th place finishers in each Division each week will be knocked out of the Elite 8 and will need to requalify.

*Tie-breakers will be decided based on head to head. 2nd tie-breaker will be goal differential.


Point Structure

(Players will earn points each week based on their finish):

  • 1st: 80 pts (spot in following weeks event)
  • 2nd: 70 pts (spot in following weeks event)
  • Division A Runner-Up: 50 pts (spot in following weeks event)
  • Division B Runner-Up: 50 pts (spot in following weeks event)
  • Division A 3rd Place: 30 pts (spot in following weeks event)
  • Division B 3rd Place: 30 pts (spot in following weeks event)
  • Knocked Out Players: 10 pts

The top 6 finishers each week will be invited back for the following week.

The final 2 spots will be determined by:

  • The winner and runner-up from the weekly GamerSaloon Elite 8 Open Qualifier (Tuesday nights at 7 pm CT)

After the 8 weeks, the 12 players with the most accumulated points will earn a spot in the Grand Final Bracket to compete for $500.

Fighting Off
Injuries Off
Continuous Overtime
Lag outs: If lagout occurs, run down the clock to where it was when the game disconnected. If it happened after the first period, play the game as if you are starting in the period you disconnected (IE - if lagout happens in the third period, restart the game and the first period will act as the third period)
